Samantha: Hello, Shining Starz families. I’m Samantha.
Kory: I’m Kory.
Samantha: And we are here to give you your September news. September 30th, we are having our in-studio consignment sale. We hope you’ll join us as we’ll have gently used dance apparel, shoes, and costumes available for you to shop in our studios. Come join us, support our company, and we can’t wait to see what you find. All right. Coming up, fall break. We will be out of the studio October 9th through the 13th. There will be no classes happening in the studio. We will have private lessons available online. So if you’re interested in your dancer coming in, getting a chance to have some one-on-one time with our teachers, you are more than welcome to join us there.
Kory: Next up we have our Dance Revolution Convention. This is our annual convention we go to every year. This year it’s down in Orlando, Florida. It is November 17th through the 19th, so leads you right into Thanksgiving break. And it is an amazing, amazing time full of dancing the entire weekend and is an awesome time with our families. So this is open to any one third grade and above. So if you’re interested at all, please shoot us an email and we’d love to answer any questions. There is also an informational packet that we will have going out very soon as well.
Samantha: All right. We have another break coming up in November. It is our Thanksgiving break, so we have the entire week off in the studio. It is November 20th through the 24th, so mark those calendars. No classes in studio. We want you to enjoy that week with your families and we will see you the following week. Next up, we have December 2nd. We will be participating in the Franklin Christmas Parade. Last year, we won a big award celebrating our participation. We did a beautiful job. Our families came together, everyone showed up, did incredible, and we are so proud of them. We want to do that again and we want you a part of it. So come join us for the Christmas parade this year. Signups will be coming out in the next couple of weeks, so be on the lookout for those. We would love to have you, your families, your kiddos, everyone joining us this year. It’s going to be a good time.
Kory: And finally, we have our big announcement of our recital theme. This is something that we discuss every year, what is going to be the best theme moving forward for our season. And so we wanted to share that with you now. These dates have been set, but they’re May 30th through June 1st. That is at the Franklin Performing Arts Center, just down the road from here. And our theming for the year is, drum roll please, Living and Active. That is our theme, so living and active. We hope that you enjoy this as we go through the season, and thank you so much for allowing us to teach your kiddos. We’ve already had a fun time. We can’t wait to have even more.
